A graduate of the University of Ghana , Legon. Trained extensively in HR from reputable organizations including Kendor consulting, SHRM.

Momoh Zainab is a certified HR practitioner who started her career in standard chartered bank HQ Ghana where she excelled in the sales department and won best sales person for standard chartered bank Ghana 2011.

She relocated back to Nigeria and joined the non-financial banking sector where she was head human capital development for a few years and ventured into the IT industry where she was head Human resources and Administration for Crestsage limited and Head Human resources and Administration for TechQuest STEM academy.

For Crestsage Limited, she was in charge of handling the personnel management project NOPHR with Exxon Mobil where she handled payroll for expatriates and Local personnel as well as all other HR functions ranging from onboarding, background checks, Medicals, conflict resolution as well as employee relations. She was also in charge of statutory remittances of behalf of these Exxon Mobil personnel.

As head human resources and administration for Crestsage, she was also in charge of payments to volunteers and partners across Africa for Google. Her years of experience has made her dream of spearheading an innovative HR consultancy business that can deliver dynamic HR solutions to all individuals and businesses of all cadre across Africa a reality.

She is an Alumnus of Auchi Polytechnic and the University of Ghana, Legon. She has trained extensively in HR and business from SHRM, Kendor consulting,  to mention a few.

Zainab is Locally certified by CIPM and globally certified professional by HRCI And SHRM.
